The TANK+PUMP of 3D Galaxy II has "low water-level" (LWP) and "over-temperature protection"(OTP) function.
You have to pay extra attention while you are connecting the positive/negative poles of cable (Positive = orange,
Negative = brown) to your motherboard. The system can function properly after reconnect to the right poles.

No, it won't. Furthermore, the heat-pipe is designed with the advanced sintered powder wicks technology, and it can be installed at any direction and not effecting its thermal performance.
